Every loaf is made from scratch in small batches using simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and time. I start my sourdough starter fresh each week and let the dough rise slowly to develop that perfect crust and tender crumb. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just real bread the way it's meant to be.
