About
Every loaf is made from scratch in small batches using simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and time. I start my sourdough starter fresh each week and let the dough rise slowly to develop that perfect crust and tender crumb. No preservatives, no shortcuts—just real bread the way it's meant to be.
